The message is clear recall Mayor James Hightower or any elected official the sheriff will be out intimidating you.
Mayor James Hightower forced a member of his church to sign a statement to get an investigation of the signatures. I have contacted the FBI and the department of Civil Rights.
Voter suppress is a strategy to influence the out come of an election by discouraging or preventing people from exercising their rights to sign a petition for a recall of an elected official.
Voting rights are under attack in Berrien County, Michigan under the pretext of voter fraud. The rights of citizens of Berrien County or any other county or state to vote or sign a recall petition, shall not be denied or abridge by government on account of race, color or previous condition of servitude.
I have asked the FBI to do an investigation of the legality of the investigation and Mayor James Hightower activities lead up to the affidavit's he went out and received. Mayor James Hightower put the wording together to force an investigation. The sheriff department would investigate a sandwich, if he was on black bread, but not a murder of a black man.
Mayor James Hightower is under investigation by the Michigan Department Of State Campaign finance for failing to report a $4,000 donation he received from Whirlpool Vice- President Jeff Noel and filing a false finance report.
