2011-11-06 "Occupy Riverside broken up by police"
A rushed report taken from a phone call a few minutes ago from Ben Wood:
The Occupy Riverside encampment on the Downtown Mall was broken up a bit before 5 pm today, Sunday 6 November 2011, by police who injured several people (including dislocating a woman's shoulder) and arrested 15 people.  Eyewitnesses stated that they could not hear the police give any reason for their actions. 
There will, of course, be a response.
